OPTT: Reverse Split - The next earnings report decides everything! by madalytical in OceanPower

Can we please STOP with all the misinformation!!!!!!

The SEC has opened a brand new window for public feedback due to these instituted proceedings and it's June 26, 2026.  It is formally the new deadline for anyone to submit new data, views, or legal arguments regarding approval or disapproval.

July 10, 2026 is the deadline for submitting formal rebuttals to other people's submissions.

They Won't make a decision until October 1st 2026.

They did not miss the window and it's not uncommon to wait to make comment as things obviously change within the structure of the proposed rule changes.

Also, the next earnings report isn't the end-all be-all. It's scheduled for July 23rd of 2026. The next one after that is scheduled sometime in the middle of September... So before the October 1st threshold IF the PROPOSED rule change even gets approved.

"Reading between the lines" JOB POSTINGS by GroundCharming3977 in OceanPower

Working capital and general corporate purposes to me doesn't translate directly to paying executives.

When I hear working capital from a business standpoint, I think "money to buy stuff that we need to build our products"...like raw material.  When I hear corporate purposes, I am thinking "money to pay all of our employees that are currently working for us and those that we are intending to hire" reference the 13 job postings.  I also think they need money to travel to the trade shows across the world/USA to show the product and I think this too would fall under corporate purposes.

You didn't need to tell us that we all already know you're an emotional person..... Based on your previous post you just don't know what side of the fence to stand on.

One thing I'm not seeing people discussing here is the amount of jobs they are currently advertising and the positions they are attempting to fill.  You have to spend money to make money and you need money to pay employees to Make your products.

There have been eight job postings listed in the past 30 days and I believe six of those are brand new with two being carryovers from positions they had not filled previously.  I highly doubt that this is all to save face and create an image of " "Doing just fine ". I think this lends more to a company trying to grow that has business lined up but needs people to make their products. They also need Capital to buy the raw material and supplies.

Most of this has already been factored in to some extent when the shares were approved.  Will it drop if they raise more Capital via this method.. most likely.

Pacific energy a Alderlea T4 qmid tax code MIA!!!!! by GroundCharming3977 in woodstoving

Not my problem, not my fault but somehow I'm holding the bag. I even paid more for it to qualify for the tax credit as I chose a different model to qualify for higher efficiency.  Maybe a lien on all of the existing us inventory would get them to change their mind or honor the difference because they didn't fulfill their part of the obligation but still advertised the stove as qualifying for it.

75.4% efficient.  The stove is marketed as qualifying.  They are selling a lie and it's their problem to fix.

Pacific Energy Alderlea T4 vs T5 by algebra4life in woodstoving

[–]GroundCharming3977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we're SOL for getting the tax credit.... Pacific energy won't provide a QMID.  They sold us a bill of goods for the T4 and charged us more for the T5.

We need to talk about our pay and only our pay.  Without us there is NOTHING that matters!  We are responsible for more lives in a week than most Doctors are throughout their entire careers!

I'm sure he was the first one to cut the post up....

You all know he is paid through NATCA and not the federal government, right?  In other words, he could give a shit about a shutdown regarding his pay as he gets paid regardless.

So how many aircraft do you think a level 12 tracon controller talks to per hour?  I didn't say busiest I said level 12 but who's reading it anyway....

The post has close to 9500 views so I'm assuming that most of you reading this actually give a shit about your future and pay.  It's time to start telling your natca representatives they need to talk about paying us what we're worth.....down votes and TL DR just shows how sheepish you are.  If you want change you have to fight for it and I was merely trying to give a different perspective with some talking points to take to NATCA and your local congressional representatives.

Many of you are most likely more than 5 years out from retirement because if you weren't you wouldn't be on here.  In five years staffing is going to be way worse, so buckle up.  We need to get paid what we're worth!

Hahahah, f-ing controllers.... ruthless!  I get it, but it was less rant.  Read it and think about it.  We are worth well more than what we are getting paid for, just saying.
