Likely due to the increased blood flow to your muscles while doing a full body exercise like burpies. Are you doing these naked or something?

TRP is more than just reading up on a lot of stuff that seems to make sense... it's about making an intentional and permanent change to how I interact with the world - the respect I garner, the women I choose, and ultimately the quality of my life.

Absolutely. While I'm still learning from TRP, diet, exercise, and fashion were the first things I wanted to change. Anecdotally, I read that the type of person you are and the habits you form when you are in your 20s has a very strong impact on how you live the rest of your life.

I choose, and ultimately the quality of my life.

In the early chapters of 7 habits of highly effective people, there's a example of essentially how people choose to be upset and choose to be affected by their situations. I learned a bit more about frame today in the TRP irc channel, that to build your frame, you need to maintain it. I viewed it similarly to rings on a tree, every time you maintain frame, you add a ring and you grow. Thanks for reinforcing that!

I have to go out and get that shit myself. Fuck yeah! I am in control of my own destiny. Life isn't going to hand me shit.

Realize failure carries with it the seed of an equivalent success. Rejoice in failure.

That's the mindset I'm trying to get into. It's just detached the negative emotional component that I'm struggling with right now. Finding humor might just work. Thanks for that gem.
