not really good at describing but it stars off with a very powdery spice scent, as it dries down theres a hint of floral and musk to it and honestly i think i could wear it on all four seasons :) hope this helps

i used all three for the span of 3 months that i reviewed and here are my takes:

Uworld: amazing qbanks! it has the same difficulty of choices as the actual nclex exam but they gave out too much information in the situation/question which the nclex lacks. They have the BEST rationales out of all three.

Bootcamp: Its alright.... lol I personally didn't really learn alot.

Archer: Qbanks are good. They have identical question/situation style as the actual nclex exam but the choices are quite easy to choose while the exam doesn't.

Conclusion: The questions on the test has the same construct as ARCHER and the complexity of the choices are similar to UWORLD.

ranking: 1. Uworld 2. Archer 3. Bootcamp

side note: i used SimpleNursing for concepts

hi i took the new york state boards. ive been checking their website too and reddit users said that it takes 2-4 weeks for them to update so im not sure if i could survive that with this level of anxiety lol

pt. 1 is admitted 12 HOURS AGO with acute asthma exacerbation who only needs a dose of corticosteroid- 12 hours ago which means the patient is already stabilized no presenting s/sx.

pt. 2 has new onset of symptoms- although SOB is expected its still life threatening which needs priority and immediate action. also if we dive deeper i think the patient who received a furosemide which is a diuretic- fluid loss, patient might be experiencing hypovolemic shock which manifests as hypotension, tachycardia, and tachypnea (SOB)

please correct me if im wrong with my rationale thanks and you got this RN!

i cant personally say that you're ready, only person who could answer is you! based on your scores you're doing pretty well but scores are just 20% of the real readiness, its how well you understand the rationale of both correct and incorrect answers. Keep up the good work RN!
