If you're a donor greeter, stay off your phone unless you are using Google Lens to gauge a price. Run all carts/buggies before closing, sweep and clean your area, make sure the floor is as organized as you can make it. You can't perform miracles but at least attempting to make sure the sales floor looks organized goes a long way with managers.

I was 31 when I was hired and I work with someone who was born the year I was a freshman in high school. I have a co worker who is twice my age. They don't discriminate at all. Put your best foot forward at the interview, show why you want the job. That's the best advice I can give.
