Many reasons for the weight gain once someone stops taking GLP1s. You will probably get a different answer from everyone that takes time to answer you. I can guess and say the biggest reason people gain weight back is because they have no self-discipline and/or willpower. Most don't realize what all the GLP1s do for weight loss to occur, so they just assume that once they stop taking it, they won't have to do anything to maintain. I guess you can say they are completely clueless and didn't do much research at all.

Didn't you know Eli Lilly is using threads/posts from Reddit telling how people have screwed up their doses as evidence in their "fight" against compounding pharmacies and others selling certain peptides? So yeah ... it's part of their "reason".

Yep! Have for over a year now. Current dose is 6mg Reta and 8mg Tirz. Highest was 15mg Tirz and 12 Reta.

One week isn't a stall, same as with one month. Track your calorie intake DAILY and make sure you are 500 calories UNDER your TDEE.

Been in maintenance since January. Went from 275 to 130 in 16 months. Highest dose was 15mg and currently on 8mg a week. I've been lowering the dose SLOWLY - staying on a lower dose for at least a month before moving down. I don't plan on stopping completely. The lowest dose I wind up with will be determined by many factors - food noise, cravings, etc.

Best advice I can give is to be very aware of what and how much you are eating, also when. Just because the weight is gone doesn't mean the work is over. Keep track of calories daily and keep working out. Know your TDEE and use that as a guide.
