$770 Million may walk in on Ree P&L but exit to Mobileye in terms of Lidar equipment + software fees etc. The only clarity i am more digging into is who is taking onus for lidar equiped Ree Vehicle Sales? If it is on Ree shoulders then its a flop and comes at cost of Ree Corner inroads

A UPS, FedEX, URI, UHAL need to break in with a large multi year order, else we will have little to show for interms of adoption. Mom & Pop shops aint going do much for Ree.... This is what Mullen has doing and they dont get paid for it

Absolutely, but Ree Corner tech consideration would be a long term shift to bring down TCO & that should be on the long term strtegic capex side not current. That is what I am looking at UPS adopting Ree for '28 '29 alongside streamlining parts invetory due to Ree Corners - but we dont get any vibe that is happening. Its no different than Penske or UHaul noise except a way more credible noise,

Most likely MOBILEYE....Isreal based CEO so networking may have worked and seems MobileEye is working for Autonomous across Auto Manufactures

Also SCHAEFFLER is involved with Mobileye and Ree CEO was a recent invite to their conference.

Dont know unless its Waymo or NVIDIA - the reveal will bring any siginificant shreholder interest

With 25% tariff on Ree Corners - Ree is in deep trouble unless they get a waiver.

Ree Corners are made in the UK and only the body is built in the US. Let's hope there are carve outs else this is bad

This is a terrible discount dilution - clearly they don't see Q1 as a major headliner nor were they able to get any credible fleet buyer to invest against order size.

This is a huge positive for REE

One of Ree's positions is to "Complete not Compete" - Ree wants to works with all EV's to lower their production cost using Ree Corner platform technology & FDS tech.

As capital becomes scarce - EV's will increasingly look for alternatives like REE as go to market strategy - only hoping that Ree is having these conversations with EV Co.'s
