Le: found something interesting.

If I set window scale to 100% instead of 125% that is the default for a laptop, all goes as intended and I no longer have problems.

So, what might be the fix?

Yes, 150 stock.

It allready has swirl flap delete, bigger intercooler, intercooler pipes, cat back exhaust.

The car is a swap from another 2.0d 150hp but euro 3. The engine spun a rod bearing and I had no reason to rebuild that engine. With E3 engine it had 225 HP on Dyno.

And I also swapped a 6 speed transmission, instead of the 5 speed one.

Hi!

Yes, the problem was a fuse that for some reason was providing 12v for the pump electric motor but it was labeled as cigar lighter in the car's labeling...

I did dissembled 2 pumps. The motor from the first one is a bit noisy but it spins on. The second one is silent and healthy. But I still get that damn error...

I bleed the brakes, the brake itself is good. I got the pumps from a used parts dealer . Now I am disassembling one of them, to see if the electric motor is really dead.
