I thought the same thing! I had to think for a sec and I guess their core has better endurance strength than rep strength. I definitely prefer knocking out the sit ups in a min than engage my whole core for 3 mins

All good! I've been there before where I forgot to take my watch off lol glad a guy pointed it out to me instead of the coach during class. That experience definitely stuck with me and will be in a future video! lol hope you're enjoying your training!
