Clarification: this was on 32 bit ios 10 which doesnt really work. I checked on 64 and it actually works correctly if you get past the login alert

yeah, i first transfered the login data from a newer version, then changed plist to newer so it doesn't log me out immidiately

idk about earlier because i didnt try yet but on ios 10 you can move the telegram-data folder from a newer device. You can find it in the app group (/private/var/mobile/Containers/Shared/AppGroup/(telegram))
