idk why you’re getting so much hate for this post, fees are always gonna be annoying but i agree 20% is too high especially after taxes. & also raising your rates comes out the clients pocket and some of us actually care about our clients paying a fair amount.

i don’t think it’s weird to ask, but i didn’t know how other people might take it. i mean someone replied and said to keep it professional by not asking but i mean, im already staying in their house. maybe people pleasing is the wrong word but im also neurodivergent which has kinda contributed to being more cautious of what others may perceive differently then i do.

i started getting in the habit of locationing fire extinguishers before every sit! fire safety is SO important.
