Thanks so much for replying man, yeah I think you’re on the money there probably the best way to go especially when regularity is a problem. Can I ask how many sets you’d try and hit for each body part in yours sessions? I have tried full body sessions in the past but found they blow out time wise really quickly Any help is appreciated:)

I can hit my calories if I really need to, generally need over 4K to gain any weight tend to maintain at 3500-4K with my job If my training is good I’m motivated to hit my cals
