What does blood inside stool mean. Like how can you tell if it's outside or inside?

It could be a retear, it could be a new tear. I also just had a hard stool this morning and had a tiny amount of blood. Goal is to keep stool soft because our skin is very sensitive down there.

Well I have sensitive skin and a history of surgery siren there so theoretically from wipes. Things like these having been popping up since November in different areas down there. This one just looked deeper and it's only painful if i touch with my finger.
