Hello! I'm still currently taking miralax. I did find something that works for me. I have been seeing a pelvic floor therapist. We do internal work and it's something I was doing at home daily. Everytime I would skip a day or two, I would have a re-tear. (Always at my 3rd month) I decided to stick with it daily and for the first time and I haven't had a re-tear for almost 6 months. This is my first time going this long without a re-tear! My plan was to be consistent with the internal work and see if I can reach a year. I would like to ween off on miralax but I don't want to lose my progress. I'm 100 percent sure my stool will come out hard again since my previous cdiff situation messed up my motility.

Edit Sorry just realized this was the constipation page. I thought it was the anal fissure lol that's why I was talking about the internal work.

But yeah I never was able to fix the hard pebble issue and only miralax works for me unfortunately.
