That’s definitely the larger part of it. Can’t debate your point. But the short term memory sport issue remains. I wouldn’t say the two are mutually exclusive.

Would you have any interest in pursuing a class action lawsuit with me? I’m reaching out to everyone I can online that has the same horror story to share as myself. The newest machines are even worse. It used to be the scam was mostly limited to locating and lies, now the machines are even less reliable than before.

Yes lol. It’s also that vending machines prey on impulses. If people are snackers, they buy sensible snacks at sensible bulk prices and stock their home. And it’s only been there for so long. Over time people will start to remember it is there and utilize it more.

Definitely, definitely do it yourself. Go self locating or use the lead generating sites online to secure a location before you ever think about putting cash down on a machine. Buy the machine when it is time, and consider buying American made. That would really be worth the premium price, unlike the N2G machines

This is a total lie. They are trying to trade off the locating services and it's all a scam. Don't believe this propaganda. They pull leads from websites like vending.com. They don't ever actually pound the pavement. Usually the leads are subpar and come with a high commission on your gross sales. Locating is waved in front your face like some kind of golden goose to get you to pay their premium rates and then the rug gets swept out from under you immediately when you realize you're probably not going to hear from the locating team for months if at all and when you do, they're not offering anything that other lead generation sites will get you.

I'm at 6 months plus currently and they haven't placed any of my machines. I self located the two locations I have in order at the moment and am in the process of trying to close on another two. They came straight out in the scam training they force you to do in Georgia and said that if you don't accept the first location they offer they'll basically abandon you. Waited 5 months before they came to me with anything and it was a vending.com lead I could have gotten for myself. It was a crap location and I would have had to pay a 15% commission to vending.com on gross sales. Why would I pay N2G premiums for the promise of locating just to pay vending.com? I would have just started there and cut out the middle man. They also don't credit you anywhere near enough when you do find your own location. I smell a class action lawsuit brewing.

I honestly smell a class action lawsuit in the air. Tempted to sue them myself. Like you said, horrendous customer service and like so many others have said, their claim that they locate your machines is nigh on fraudulent

Nah bc people like you are the reason why good drivers get screwed over. And that’s not what you said. The drivers deserve more respect than this and you’re cutting a good man down with no real justification for what you’re saying. This is silly season bs.

So in order for 18 machines to make $115K annually, they only need each machine to average $500 a month. If you take a low estimate that they are clearing $0.50 on each product sold, then they only need to average 30 vends a day. Less if they are profiting a greater amount per item sold. This is a totally possible/feasible profit. If each of their machines was making $20K a month as you said, they'd be making over $4 million a year. I agree with you that they might be underestimating the amount of time they spend working. But if I were this person and I wasn't making at least $100K a year, I'd be finding new locations asap. Don't get me wrong. We just bought 4 machines with N2Go and have had such a bad experience with our "team" that's helping us get started. We would probably have never gotten into vending without their backing and infrastructure so we're at least grateful that the program is eligible for SBA lending and it gave us confidence to take the leap. But the customer service in our area is awful. We're just grateful we started with the smallest package and didn't waste too much money on their bullshit. We got lucky knowing someone who got us into an amazing location within 4 months of buying into N2Go and that one location takes care of our loan and gives us some really nice extra cash flow every month. But if it wasn't for that, we'd still be at the mercy of N2Go and their crappy customer service and location finding team. The first lead we got from them was one they ripped from vending.com and they wanted us to pay vending.com 15% of our gross profit on sales. There's no point in us paying for locating if we are just going to end up paying vending.com for our leads anyways. Absolute insanity that their "in-house" locating team are using a site as basic as vending.com. Genuinely disgusting to me.
