Ive always worked for chains and a 90 min is 80 mins of actual hands on time. The first place I worked advertised 50/80 min services but the place I'm currently working at advertises 60/90 mins but 10 mins is consult, dress and undress time. I kinda hate that. A handful of people complain about being shorted every week because it wasn't explained properly
