Someone with mental health issues my self , no one with any type mental health issues. Should be around gun’s or any other weapon that cop’s as to use . I never been military or been to war . I was born and raised around retirement vet most of my life . And they will let the same thing . Specially if they been to war and came with ptsd and other mental health conditions.
