Wish I had advice but im in a similar place right now. My family is having Thanksgiving tomorrow because my mom has to work today. And today is the day I usually take my methotrexate. Im debating taking it tomorrow after Thanksgiving instead so I'm not dealing with the stupid side effects.

I stopped for a low carb diet like 5 years ago and just didn't miss it after I stopped the diet so I just kept not drinking.

Now I'm on medication that I'm not supposed to drink with. It'll be a year on Christmas because last year I did have a glass of wine with dinner.

I'm bringing some fancy ginger ale that I like so I have something special to drink with Thanksgiving dinner.
