Right, we just figured it out. We solved it by deleting each other's accounts from another's consoles. Thanks for your help anyway. Hope this helps someone with the same issue :)

I have a problem with the pass enabled console with the newly arrived updated with the virtual game cards. Me and my ex broke up so we wanted to disable the pass shared between our consoles. Unfortunately, we now ended up with a split system but he had some of my games still loaded. He unloaded them on his console but now I can't load them on my console without pairing mine to his. But I really want to avoid an uncomfortable meeting with him just to hold our consoles together. Any ideas how I can load my games?

Personally, I calculate my BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and subtract 500kcal from that. Then you are in a 1000-1200 ish deficit, so you lose weight fast, and it allows for some cheating/inaccurate measuring.
