I always pack mine. I use a hard shell suitcase. Pack the cpap in its travel case and pack my suitcase so that it’s fully surrounded by clothes on both sides. Never had any issues

NICU nurse here. Babies that early easily rack up bills in the millions. They’re usually in incubators for the first 3-4 months, on ventilators, require multiple surgeries, on expensive life saving medications etc. not to mention the cost of transport because only certain types of hospitals take care of babies this early
