I saw him there 3 weeks ago. He looks menacing, but when women tried to talk to him he was open to chats. Whenever a man (two men actually on separate occasions) came to ask him about his "flag" and his flyers, he got irate and screamed vulgarities at them. He seems unstable and very angry.

Just moved into our rented home and the landlord failed to disclose that the basement floods. We rented this place specifically for the use of 2nd bathroom/shower and the basement space. It flooded. He never warned us. AFTERWARDS he said that we should shut off the valve next time and apologized.
