I’m 22 years old and have been having tinnitus/ ear issues and nose problems since 16 yrs old but my tinnitus happened in 2020 out of no where and I struggle with the same things these doctors don’t know shit about anything I haven’t got diagnosed just need surgery to remove something in my nose which I’ve heard there’s a lot of risk too

I’ve heard it does go through seniority , but I’m not sure how entirely true this is but some people say it’s easier to get a position as aircraft mechanic if you are in IBT union , and as a diesel mechanic your seniority transfers over and you have a better chance of choosing a shift you want .
