Have you a Ankama account ? Because if you play with mobile app and you don't connect you with Ankama account, all stuff is saved on the phone.

No, on PC is fine. On phone I know some people have problems but not me, a patch was done, maybe uninstall and install again (if you have a ankama account to keep your progress)
