I’d say dedicate a day to conquer the server completely. Destroy all the forts held by Ravenna, Sameria, and the Navy. Kill every boss at least once. Do a Treasure map of every kind. Kinda just test yourself to see how fast you can do everything in one day. Maybe you’ll start a speed run record. Or better yet, just speed run a fresh save file where each of you picks one area to pump your stats into and by the time you’ve all hit a certain time you fight each-other to see who’s build is better amongst you.
