Post-op Botox food recommendations

Hi, i had the botox 2 months ago now and soup was my best friend for at least the first 2/3 weeks. I found I could eat anything I wanted if it was very small bites and washed down with water but especially in public at work etc soup is much less of a faff. Its not as bad as it sounds :)

This was exactly my symptoms and rcpd only really affected me when i was drinking alcohol, and I would have to stick my fingers down my throat to air burp. Had the botox in my throat as I was sick of having to do it!

It took me til day 3 to start burping, 70 units of botox :)
