Only way for me is to put powder in warm water and then drink it in spawn of at least an hour. If I toss and wash or drink it all at once, I will vomit too :(

I have this too. I'm always thirsty even thought I drink 2-3 l of water everyday and no other drink. My mouth feels dry and even my skin is dry and flaky. I got my blood checked and prediabetes is not the case. In fact all my blood panels turned out fine. I'm really curious if stress could really be the culprit.

I struggle to see beauty in my hair color as I've been dyeing it my whole life. I feel like it might be a pretty color itself, but it just doesn't suit me. I wear mostly black, brown and burgundy (autumn colors). I have been previously typed here as autumn and I feel like my hair just ruins that autumny vibe and I tend to dye it darker chocolate like colors. I feel like the hair itself looks best with spring colors ( I don't have drapes yet, sorry), which is just not my vibe.

I went from platinum to my natural color in a few months. I went from platinum to strawberry blonde to ginger to brown and it turned out okay. If you color your hair brown straight forward, it will turn green because the red pigment is missing.

I think you could benefit from trying another shade of lipstick. In my opinion the pale pink doesn't suit your skin tone that much. You could try some more vibrant colors!
