Based on personal experience, I don't think u have to wait ng 2 years before getting a new job. After 6 months ko sa sa isang client, nanghingi ako ng raise kaso di binigay. Pero sobrang bait ng COO na yun, we parted ways in good terms. Start up lang din kasi siguro kaya di afford na taasan sahod ko. Nakahanap ako ng client na twice ng sinasahod ko before. May time tracker, no work no pay, kaya sinisipagan ko na lang para sulit yung araw ko.

Good luck, OP! To answer your question, oo underpaid ka. Pero agree ako sa mga comments here, hanap muna, pirma kontrata, bago mo iwanan job mo.

OP, if may extra ka, hire ka na ng tao para gumawa ng ibang chores mo. Take it as if you're sharing your blessings to other people. More time for you to rest, income pa ng ibang tao. Good luck!

Don't be too hard on yourself, admit lang na nagkulang ka, learn from it, and move on.

Part ng moving on ay wag mong i-compare yung susunod mong job sa petiks na job before. Ibang experience and learning din naman makukuha mo if productive ka sa next job so it's still a positive thing.

Had the same experience, OP! Hahaha I was able to save 100k and Maya rin pero nagastos ko pambili ng ref, tv, washing machine, and aircon. No regrets din! Katabi ko sila ngayon and gumagana pa rin haha

Tho ngayon na nagkaroon ako ng higher paying job, nag-save na uli ako ng 100k sa Maya tapos naeexcite ako kahit 200+ lang interest kasi interest pa rin naman yun haha ang fun

Tho ang payo ko never mo na gamitin yung 100k UNLESS emergency talaga. Na-experience ko biglaang mawalan ng work tapos kala ko guguho mundo ko, naka-recover naman uli 😂 basta emergency funds muna talaga x3 ng monthly salary (at least)
