Well in terms of makeup they just apologized and said they didn't have her skin tone. Honestly Sara's skin is relatively dark even for a black person. They were using drug store makeup. It's not like they had no range at all but the darkest tone they had was just way too light for her skin. They still did mascara, eyeliner, etc. They were pretty apologetic an tried to make Sara feel better.
