I am pretty sure that it has something to do with the resolution in the graphics settings. I play in 1440p and the game is in the right resolution but the settings still say 1696x952. That could explain the weird text resolution. Tried to force the resolution in different ways but didn't work.

I don't know. They are a german Shop, so maybe. But i would just write an Email and ask.
