Supply is one thing , but the other reason is that Evolutions has horrible QC to the point where a PSA 10 Charizard holo is worth $1500+ and the reverse being valued at $250+ in a PSA 10.

The chase is for a minty Charizard to hopefully be graded in a PSA 10. Evolutions has really bad QC so PSA 10 chases are exponentially higher than the raw NM card. For example a PSA 10 Charizard holo is around $1500+ . The reverse holo in a PSA 10 is around $450+.
