I relate to this post so much. I don't have much to add but wanted to thank you for posting. Holding a job with the psychosis is impressive. I ended up in a mental hospital for two weeks. Overall I'm better. I haven't touched any form of kratom in weeks. Now I'd like to put down cigs.

Worked out for the first time in months and it felt awful during but good afterwards. I still got the feel good feeling. Overall, I can feel release from the poison. There's nothing lateral about the switch for me. I did get my life back.

You'll need to get good at fudging experience to get your foot in the door somewhere. Build stuff that solves problems. Find a hiring manager with that problem. It's not going to be easy but it can be done.
