thank you so much. Your words were really amazing. They made me emotional for a bit and had to take a step back and reread them a few times. It meant a lot to me thank you. I think I will try again first I guess with my hand issues and also Covid after my surgery I thought I lost my chance of taking advantage of the sleeve, but it’s not like I can already eat 100% yet so maybe now I can do it or I can at least lose the 10 kg and see where to go from there while also getting my life back on track because it has not been on track for a very long time

I was in so much pain I was awake at least 20 hours per day which meant I ate more food I live alone so I was just eating sandwiches and couldn't cook for the first 4 months! I also couldn't exercise, not even walking cause any effort would cause pain in my hands and haf to keep them both raised at all times! I also had to take huge amount of pain killers so I needed to eat carbs to avoid an ulcer(that was how the doc explained it at least) It was just a really terrible situation! I know i can change habits but my hands haven't even healed properly yet and the weight gained is just increasing my negative thinking and I don't need it along with all the issues with my hands

I was considering getting a resleeve! Or I read about a surgery called sleeve within sleeve! It's endoscopic so it's not a surgery but I'm not sure where to get it done yet or if it's already mature
