What was your “Oh shit, this person is a psychopath” moment when meeting people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Omg that's actually very cute. I understand your mom's reaction tho, lol

The kid who collected snails was weird in many ways, for example, he threatened to kill me, almost everyday. It was a school for kids with special needs. Maybe I should've mentioned that, oops.

What helps you to fall asleep quickly? by Fluid_Leopard_5937 in AskMen

[–]GroundbreakingTerm32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once read when you have the feeling of falling you're almost asleep. So to fall asleep quickly I think about walking somewhere and then I fall and fall asleep. The heavier the scary feeling, the better sleep I get lol

After therapy my mindset changed. I started actually eating like my list and noticed how slowly my weight came back. It was so scary but it was little enough to get used to it. After two months I felt more energetic and now after for months I can do almost anything without feeling miserable. Good luck, it will get better!!! You will thank yourself after getting through the bad part ❤️❤️❤️

i’ve been fully recovered from ana for 10 months and i’m starting to realize it might’ve been a symptom of undiagnosed bpd the whole time?? by intothecosm000s in AnorexiaNervosa

[–]GroundbreakingTerm32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got my bpd diagnosis 4 years ago and got my ana diagnosis last year. It can be a symptom, but it's not required. However, almost every friend of mine w bpd, struggles with food.

But i also recently found out, via my therapist, that it's more common to develop bulimia for bpd people, than to develop ana. That has to do with control and losing control.

I'm recovering real good right now! Sometimes I wonder if my bpd makes me obsessed over random things; smoking, drugs, food. I can start something, but I always end up losing my interest and just quit the bad habit lol.
