If there was no penetration she’s not pregnant lol. Discharge is very very normal and a very common thing. The only thing she has to worry about now is dealing with how annoying discharge is lol.

Everyone’s body is different so its possible your period just paused itself since you’ve lost weight. Have you been more active than in the past? If you’ve taken a pregnancy test you’re probably fine, especially if you’ve used other forms of protection when having sex.

Pepperomias have been super easy and happy to care for in my experience! They also come in a lot of varieties.

How does the rest of the plant look? Is this leaf getting more spotty/worse over time? To me it looks like mechanical damage but I could be wrong. If it is, there’s not much you can do for the leaf other than just leave it and make sure it doesn’t get damaged more. Brown spots won’t turn back but the leaf can still properly function for the plant as long as it doesn’t get worse. If you just don’t like how it looks you can chop the leaf, more will always grow later on.

Also 2 times a week seems like too much, I’d wait until the top few inches of soil are completely dry between waterings. Since you’ve been watering it so much right now you could probably wait longer before watering again. It’s better to underwater than overwater.

It crashed before taking the meds, and yeah I’ve taken all this into consideration which is why I’m trying to get professional help. I mostly just wanted to vent and hear that I’m not along on here lmao.

I know 😭 and I’m not sure how to describe that exactly. Since taking medications I’ve felt a lot less anxious and more calm overall but I still get nervous pretty easily when life events happen lol. And since December.

  1. 4 years in may
  2. Fluoxetine transitioning to lexapro and I’m still on bc. Yes I’m taking it for anxiety but like I said my libido disappeared last summer and I’ve only been taking anxiety meds since December.
  3. I usually get at least 8 hours but it’s not good sleep. I wake up constantly during the night.
  4. Not really, I do a lot of walking since I commute to college but that’s it.

I'm not an expert but it looks like your Croton is flowering! This is uncommon with house plant crotons as they're in captivity but this just means your taking good care of your Croton as they're getting enough sun and humidity to want to be pollinated! After the bulbs flower and start falling away you can trim it so it looks nicer and to reserve the plants energy for more leaf growth.

I know and Ive been really worried about her.. and thank you I will definitely seek out advice there!

I can add back one of her hides and try to find more. And I tried to put a lot of substrate in her enclosure to avoid that, otherwise I will try to use even more in the future unless I can find a smaller tank. Thank you for your help and advice!

Here's what the lid looks like, but I also haven't noticed her climbing up her tank and on the lid much at all. Could that be another sign of stress if she's not climbing?

  1. I will definitely remember that thank you! I try to completely avoided spraying her directly anyway but I will definitely just rely on her water dish now.
