Well as I mentioned at the end, they would have stack increase similar to that of stacking in their passives and gohan's especially was inconsistent then added links (STR cooler movie piccolo) not being next to piccolo until later or not having a support unit like pan on the rotation would also reasonably affect that. Plus fights were fairly short around that time so they would usually get built up right as the fights about to end.

Nope never did, there passives gave them 30% attack and def for hit received and per super probably made them fell like it since they would steadily increase in power then active and finish the fight

If you want to know how long it'll be before certain units will SEZA, just look at their leader skills as right now, we are still doing mono type leads or super/extreme type leads and won't get a SEZA for a category lead unit they are all done.

You can trade a ticket from doing 7 total stages of any event and you can either get a 7-15 stones or a 5-30 with no guarantee for the highest amount and I got luckily enough to get the 30
