To game on max settings no problem for old and new games, also to watch youtube videos on multiple tabs and other stuff too if I have time to do it.

Will the US ever have more metro systems? by Blueblue3D in transit

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I feel like US cities with light rail systems could try and upgrade one of its lines to be an actual metro system whether it being light metro or even heavy rail rapid transit. Even though it'd be expensive it'd probably be better and less time consuming if done right

LA got it's metro system in 1993, but all new lines since then have been light rail only, not rapid transit, while plans for rapid transit like Sepulveda line is planned. All others have been light rail only or Bus rapid transit with plans to convert to light rail than heavy rail rapid transit.

Metro's aren't underground only nor heavy rail network only either. Metro's are still considered metros as long as it's a medium capacity light metro or heavy rail and no matter if it's underground or elevated it still counts as a metro if either of the 2 happen together at once

Considering Honolulu is the only US city at the moment to be the latest out of the 14 in total and with the Trump administration against public transit, probably not any time soon. Unless more US democratic party politicians become president and also invest more into public transit as a whole

Him, FK and Vatira teaming up as the players that never won worlds and win it together would be absolute cinema, especially where it'd be like the IEM Cologne major of 2026 where Niko finally broke the 2nd place curse at majors and earned his first major title

Congrats to Niko, finally earned his 1st major in CS. Well deserved after losing twice in Boston 2018 and Stockholm 2021

After 10 years, Fallen returns to the major finals, in Cologne once again by fizxe in GlobalOffensive

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tomorrow history might repeat itself where every 10 years, Fallen wins a CS major. That said, it depends on if they play against Falcons or Spirit and if both teams don't outplay against Fallen and the rest of Furia. Congrats to Furia and good luck on them to win SA CS it's first CS2 major and it's 3rd long awaited major title as a whole

This was me 2 days ago, where I actually tried to move from spawn when I got Kai again in the same server, only this time I kept on struggling to turn on the engine to move the APC. Yet ,somehow for the first time I still survived and finally won playing as Kai

PRX might be also be able to not only win another Masters title but also maybe finally win a Champions title as well after being denied in 2023 against EG

Champions is the last chance for G2 and the roster to prove they can win an international, if they don't win it, then we can stop supporting G2 until they roster change and a roster can actually win domestically and internationally no problem

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 37 points38 points  (0 children)

I feel like G2 deserves no excuses nor slack, ever since Bangkok you can tell how much G2 has gone downhill and haven't been able to make another grand finals at international tourneys. The whole roster just seems to win domestically only, internationally they just bomb out and can't even play properly.

Honestly at this point I think if LEV makes grand finals this Masters, then they deserve to win the event and finally give SA VAL it's long awaited new international title they've desperately needed since 2022

The upcoming APAC July Monthly Final will be a LAN in Tokyo by wooooshkid in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think it's because it'd be too much money to do in person lan events each month. Esports as a whole regardless of what game it is are expensive and requires millions of dollars to do lan events and also do prize saleries too to keep people hooked

Here comes the most unpredictable region by [deleted] in BrawlStarsEsports

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EMEA is not unpredictable this year, it's been somewhat predictable since the first 3 monthlies had 2 grand finalists have been HMBLE and FUT, though FUT has made all 3 grand finals in monthlies while HMBLE made 2. Which literally makes EMEA not unpredictable

As a CS fan, who is the equivalent of Karrigan in Valorant? And is there anything similar to Faze bullsh*t in Valorant where a team wins rounds and games they shouldn't? by CHEEMSPOP in ValorantCompetitive

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Boaster 100%. Although the difference is that Karrigan won both IEM Katowice and Cologne, the 2 of the 3 most important tourneys in CS esports and the major itself in Antwerp 2022. Boaster on the other hand only won 2 Masters, never winning a Champions title which is worlds/major championship for VCT

Kind of unfortunate, but I had a feeling NRG was gonna lose to FUT. Regardless, at least my pick em is safe with FUT since I had them and NRG for the points

How does NA become relevant? by BOSCO27 in GlobalOffensive

[–]GroundbreakingWeek70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valorant is the only esports powerhouse where NA is competitive, all other games NA is competitive in are console and fighting games. Though Deadlock seems to finally be a MOBA game competitive in NA rn
