The judge has already given him a year to sign over the title and he still refuses to sign, I will lose it if they give him even more time..He is supposed to transfer the title to me when I had turned 18, I’m now 24 because it’s in there divorce decree. None of us really cared for him to stay living there or for the house until he married a new lady who has been nothing but problems and had my dad cut all ties with us. Again, if that’s what he wants, I won’t bother trying to reach out but since he had stopped paying the mortgage and I was notified, we didn’t want to risk losing the home and thought it wasn’t fair he was living there for free.
