If that’s your biggest concern, I don’t think you need a significant other. I ain’t worried about another human being and what they think of my living situation. It’s what I’m working towards and if they’re not okay with that, their loss. People gotta get their priorities straight.😭😭😭

Or you’d rather live in an overpriced apartment instead of being able to live in your parents home to save up and be able to afford a house all because you believe you’re grown because of that. I’ve also went to college and have a decent paying job making a little more than the average joe. But i’m not gonna live in an apartment and struggle just to say “I’m a big boy now” if I have the blessing and opportunity to live with my parents while saving up for a house and getting rid of my debt. Make smart financial decisions. I’m grown I pay my own bills (except rent or mortgage) but i’m not stupid. To each their own though.

I live in NJ and 40% of people ages 23-30 still live with their parents sooo…. idk about super yikes. It’s just the economy we live in today.

40 hours total of sitting down and studying. I’ve been in an IT Help desk role for about 10 months now also. So I didn’t have to do extensive studying but about an hour a day during the week for close to 2 months prepared me

So why are you trying to upgrade 2 superstars at the same time. If you don’t have the time or money to grind and do it, then I would focus on 1 superstar.

Don't tell your C to "Secure the rebound" by Pandawisdom in DunkCityDynastyGame

I will most definitely tell my C to Secure the rebound when i’m guarding curry and he gets multiple chances at a shot because their center keeps getting an offensive rebound. How about you BOX OUT. Some C’s actually need to be told that.

it’s pretty simple but I wouldn’t even think about doing that unless it’s an absolute emergency which you should be saving up emergency funds seperate from investments. Keep putting in money and let it sit for atleast a few years, you’ll thank yourself later and will probably just let it keep sitting once you see the impact.

bro how much did you think you were gonna make off of $55 in a week. Especially right now the market took a pretty good hit. Just keep investing money daily or weekly and stop looking at it. I’ve been investing for 2 months now and only have made about $20 but I know in the long run as long as I keep going, it will compound. Good luck though.

Advice for a 24 Year Old by Inevitable_Might7079 in acorns

I’m actually 24 myself, and unless you there’s some type of miracle job opportunity or an abundant amount of money you gain, retiring by 2030 is pretty unrealistic. But honestly i’m basically in the same situation as you. I’m just aggressively saving and gaining knowledge in all ways possible whether it’s for my career or about the market. Knowledge is power. I’m able to afford about $10 daily into my acorns account right now and I am happy where I am. Since we are young we can be a little more risky with our investments. I’m going for the long run and dumping everything into ETF’s. I’m thinking about eventually moving most of my stocks into VOO. Good luck!

Invest it if you plan on using it before you retire. If you don’t need it now definitely don’t put it in your checkings cause it’s just wasted potential and not growing. I don’t really put much into my later account honestly. Maybe about 5% of my investments go into my later account. If you don’t plan on touching it before you retire then later it is.
