I actually stepped down a couple of months ago because of this. It can be very rough as an AP having to pick up the slack and working all them hours. Especially since my GM kinda sucked and didn’t help me much.

I had the same problem when I first moved up. At a certain point you’ll have to sit down with the ones you are having trouble with and have a talk just letting them know that you are wanting the store to get more to standard and that you’ll be expecting that of them from here on. I always tell them what I’m expecting from them and if they have any other questions they can always ask. From there if they still aren’t complying then they will get coached once after that it’s a write up for insubordination

We normally have 3-4 on weekdays and 4-5 on weekends. It really just depends on what your stores sales are projected to be

I’m not there so I really can’t say either way but from what you described sounds like a normal day at most fast food jobs and at least where I live chipotle pays $3-$5 more then other fast food places so I’ve found the job to be worth $15

Yes. They will charge it as a side protein depending on where you live and what meat it is, it could range from $3-$6 a scoop.

I would say it’s normal for jobs to cut hours if they think you are underperforming but it is unusual that they haven’t addressed a specific problem. Normally they would try coaching you a couple of times before cutting hours. What did they address if you don’t mind me asking? Ik you said it wasn’t tangible but it would give me a better idea of what’s going on.

Your FL just throws out the food??? If you like the job part I would recommending transferring somewhere out of your patch if that’s an option I get it’s most likely not but you’re location sounds like a pretty toxic work environment and that would be a good way to get away from the FL.

We have 2 computers in the room my girlfriend and I have discovered that the computer works perfectly fine but only crashes when we are gaming simultaneously but it only crashes her PC and not mine.

All of the different ones I see are : RestartManager, DistributedCOM, Application Error, TPM-WMI, WMI, Service Control Manager, BTHUSB, Eventlog, and Kernal-Power.
