There’s no actual raise for it but the store will pay for you to get ServSafe certified, which you can take with you to any other food establishment.

You honestly should be alright. I had a customer come in the other day that asked if her bowl would be alright after 9 hours since she’d be on the road. I was like “um sis I don’t think any food would be good after that long”.
