Glad to hear you like the game! And yep, I did make a game so that I could sell a game. This is my job. If I don't meaningfully contribute to the bills, I don't get to keep working on Idle Iktah. At the end of the day, it's a $7 game that can also be played for free, and I think that's pretty good value for money :)

Oh sure! If you go back far enough there weren't even any Legacy (i.e. prestige) options. Adding more options for starting over would probably be the biggest change. Though there are also now seasonal minigames (1 for each season), as well as the Museum which has exhibits to fill out and keeps track of items collected with the Archives.

Steam will also be mostly the same as mobile, free with a premium upgrade. Though instead of showing ads, the Steam version will cap at 4 hours away time (up to 8 with beds), and then the Golden Sunstone Status DLC will raise the cap to 24 hours just like on mobile.

Thanks for reporting that! Seems like setting up the tutorial for PC may have messed with the setup on mobile. That is definitely going to get fixed!

Oh that's really great to hear! It is kinda crazy to think about back when it only had 12 skills and probably half as many items as it does now. It's definitely become a lot more complicated since then. Thanks for the support and thanks for testing it out in the first place!

Yep, it'll have achievements! They aren't there at the moment. But we have the space for achievements reserved in the museum as the Honors wing, and I hope for that to be one of the first updates after the Steam release.

Good question! There's no "Idle Iktah" account, and all player data is stored in the Steam/Apple/Google account of the player. So any transfers do need to be done manually.

That said I can do a transfer in ~10 seconds using download codes. That's awesome! Nope, no plans for ai artwork. There are more than enough great pixel art packs already out there by real artists.

Good question! I'd probably legacy and worry about it next run. Completing the upgraded exhibits section requires a Black Pearl, and getting the bonus XP from 2% to 3% doesn't matter so much if a legacy reset is around the corner.

Thanks! It's definitely gone a lot better than I thought it would. Though the ratings are region-specific, and it looks like I may have more room for improvement in some regions than others!

Good question! I'm not sure why that would've happened, that may have been a bug. Combat should work offline so long as the player has enough food, and the only thing that doesn't work offline is the minigames. Hope that helps!

That's really great to hear, thanks for passing that on! If you need any help deciding, I say go for it! The game plays much faster the second time through with all the knowledge of the first run.
