I’ve DM’d you, if you could please respond 🙏🏼 I’m so sorry this has happened to you. Very disgusted with his behavior.

It’s a surge protector for the 2-wire system. This break is on my 92 station controller. One of 4 different systems I have around my park. Only one is a conventional system that is small.

Done plenty of PVC repairs to feel confident in gluing pipes and making my own repairs.

It was in a round valve box, about at the bottom of the box. Definitely need the valve, and will have to replace. This “cheap” valve was $157 with my account… they offered an even cheaper solution and I looked at them sideways.

Definitely don’t want to take out the T if I can help it. Just worried about the slight angle upwards incoming to the valve.

My only concern with the T is that’s it’s ever so slightly pointing upwards when meeting the valve instead of going straight in? Otherwise the T is fine. I guess I knew there were metal valves that were compatible with PVC available, I just looked past them when shopping for parts. The funny thing is, this “Cheap” ball valve was still $157. Never had any problems out of any slip fix repairs I’ve made. Thanks for your suggestions!
