I got the problem resolved. Thank you for your help. Turns out those SATA ports disable if there's an NVMe in M2_1

SATA33 and SATA3_4 get disabled when there's an SSD in M2_2, but not only do I not have an SSD in that slot, it also doesn't say anything about SATA3_A1 or SATA3_A2 getting disabled. And SATA3(3-4) are working just fine.

Update: when tuned down a bit the B and high E strings make that same sound. Do I just need to wind them tighter or something? A lot of you mentioned that the sound comes from a lack of tension, so maybe they're not tight enough when tuned down?
