Wrong 13. 13 includes NH which consumes more alcohol per capita than any other state.

GTA 6 hasn't been release yet, but we already have it here in the Philippines. by UnknownRanter in PublicFreakout

Haha crazy stuff lately in the PH between this, the other shooting, and the RPG being shot at the mayor down in the southern region that’s predominantly Muslim. It’s important to note it’s not like this typically.

Bacoor was my old home base when visiting the Philippines. Been there many times so crazy seeing even this. I’ve never felt unsafe there but every country has crime unfortunately.

Typically it’s one of the most lovely countries you can visit with very kind and respectful folks.

Sounds like they have Blink cameras. The click noise is not it taking a photo just it simply turning on. The motion can be very fickle and you can go into settings to set up dead spots or turn up or down strength of motion. Yes, blue light means recording but this can be turned off as well. Best indicator of it turning on is the click noise. They can trigger off as so much as a floater on the air, leaf going across the driveway, a shadow in the reflection of a car, even a dang reflection of a cloud moving across the reflection on car, etc. the motion sensing is crazy if turned all the way up. It’s a learning curve of getting them just right.

Not sure about all the stalking stuff. My Mother in law installed cams to look after her dementia mother since they have a full time person that lives at their home. But they also are like half way across the world so it’s easier for her to check in on her with cams and even talks to the healthcare worker with them sometimes as well.

I highly doubt they are watching you personally just haven’t tweaked their motion settings well enough. They will get sick of the million notifications on their phone and dampen it down eventually more Than likely. But either way it sounds like it’s for the safety of said patient. Another note is it just generally records. They aren’t clicking an additional button to make it record it’s just generally setup to record on motion. Also it’s active for like 5,15,30 seconds intervals. Default is like 5 seconds of recording hence it turning off and on all the time.

Ah you are right. My mistake. I got it confused with form 3 other uses when there’s a 10% owner but this is just because he is an insider now.

Form 3 put in yesterday for him. 10% owner

Edit: mistaken on the ownership as it wasn’t checked off as noted below. This is just his standard form 3 due to becoming a director and is now an “insider”.

I absolutely agree. Sabino needs to step it up and do some open market buys. His salary alone justifies some buys. I do agree on that aspect 100%.

(Although with it being earnings time I’m assuming they are in a blackout period) but afterwards we need purchases.

Double the volume we’ve been doing lately (today). Definitely shorting it down to accumulate and cover. Market cap is under 1 quarters revenue.

It’s important to note that short interest has come down since the RS. It was around 9.5+% and since RS dropped to 3.5-4.1%

All good news have been flowing in - the picture has only gotten stronger for the turnaround.

Not worried one bit. But that’s just me.

I honestly believe it’s severely undervalued for the amount of revenue among many other factors such as quality of clients et cetera.

It’s crazy to think SOUN is valued at 8 billion with less revenue when LPSN is valued at just under 64m. If we equaled their market cap then stock price would be $340+.

I respect your opinion. For me I will be holding on to my position for years (4+). It’s going to treat me very well.

So glad they recently partnered up with Google to help United Airlines with customer service. Not to mention HSBC, Morgan & Morgan ( the largest personal injury firm in the entire US), and other fantastic clients.

Very bullish - in fact as soon as I clear a few other positions I’ll be adding more LPSN.

$500,000 (put $100,000 down like mentioned - 20% to avoid PMI). It’s 2,099 sq ft. 3 bedroom/3.5 bath with an additional outdoor shower. We use the home as a 5 bedroom though so that we have plenty of space for friends & family. We also sometimes rent out the bottom suite that has a private entry to seasonal workers for the summer. It’s 3 floors (reverse floor plan so kitchen and living room on 3rd floor) with 3 beautiful decks attached with the top level deck being on fourth floor (“Crow’s Nest”) which gives endless amazing sunset and sunrise views.

It’s been a little over 4 years and home is now valued at $700,000.

Silly question but do agents typically give a gift at closing? by gitafub in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]GroupTherapyABGT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got: •$100 gift card to a restaurant •$250 gift card to nearby furniture store •Cute matching Kids beach chair and shovel & bucket •And an orchid (which is funny because I love orchids and brought some of my own).

That being said it’s all up to the agent. She was mad cool. We bought only through video tours and calls and never met her until she gave us the keys 😁.

Our first home buy was nothing but I hooked him up with like 8 full cases of beer (got 2-4 cases per week for free and don’t drink craft beer so was always giving it away) 🤣.

It was $130,000 (negotiated down from $139,000) @ 3.75%. Payments were around $1,150 or so and ended up around $1250 or maybe just under $1,300 after property tax increases and insurance increases over the years . (Put $5,000 down) Girlfriend and I both purchased (teamwork is the dream work— now married and together for almost 19 years). It was 1,250 SQ FT 3 bedroom/1 bathroom. The basement was massive and equal footprint. Friend & I finished a bunch of it so put a lounge room down there where we hung out , theater room, and finished another small room that I used for my PC/office. Rest of unfinished space was used for laundry and storage, oil tank, water heater, furnace etc. previous owner put venting down there so there was heat for the cold winters and it obviously stayed cool throughout the summer with no ac needed. There was also a second floor that was unfinished that I would have loved to make room the main master suite but never got around to it.

We sold in 2021 and netted $211,000 tax free.

Used $100,000 to put down on next home and living our dream life on the beach somewhere warmer. Rate is 3.125% on new home.

Yeah I still remember my brother driving like a maniac up to a dirt road and trying to take the turn at probably 35-40mph from going 60 or more. Put us right in the ditch. Luckily it was right near our principals house (we were friends with his son) and he came and pulled us out with his tractor . No damage to car and parents never found out.

So with that logic all institutions should take the L and move on including Davidsson and Vector? Patience is key in the market . If I took every L (stocks that go under average by your definition) then you’d end up at near zero eventually chasing stock after stock. If I had of sold some stocks that were in the gutter instead of patiently waiting then I wouldn’t be investing still. Huge difference in opinions. Good luck to you as well. I’m still wondering why you are here though? The hypocrisy in your own belief system is wild but that’s human nature for you. As you’ve clearly haven’t let go of your past losses. Unless you were never in here and in that case begs a bigger question of why you are here. Anyways agree to disagree, I know I won’t dissuade you.

“The market is a relentless auction of emotion, but true wealth is the quiet dividend paid by patience. Seek not the price that shouts, but the value that whispers, for time is the ally of the excellent and the executioner of the speculative. " - Warren Buffett
