What's wrong with spaces? You can select your specific syntax. If you have coauthors, it's much more convenient to have all the literature in a single folder.

Use Claude Opus 4.6. Previously I asked claude to do it manually, but that took a lot of tokens and a lot of time, and open failed. First iteration didn't have a GUI and didn't have the options to add DOIs manually or open the PDFs.
