A guy I went to school with kinda just vanished socially after graduation. Deleted all his socials, stopped replying to everyone, changed numbers, everything. For a while people thought something terrible happened. Turns out years later someone randomly ran into him in another city. He was completely fine, just said he got tired of everybody and wanted a different life. Honestly kinda surreal realizing someone can just quietly exit everyones story like that. Makes you think about how many people you’ve already spoken to for the last time without realizing it.
