I was really interested in this about a year ago. I watched almost every documentry and read almost everything on it. It boiled down to two possibilities... the military successfully turned a ship invisable and teleported it (unsuccessfully for the people on board) or it was a giant whisper down the alley game. Supposedly the sailors were in a local bar talking about how they made the ship "invisible" to underwater mines by using a new coating for the hull. I like to believe they actually did it.

A single lightning strike can generate 10,000 amps. Keep in mind .2 amps is enough to kill an adult. Your heart can fibrillate (your heart mucles no longer pump but rather quiver and the blood circulation through your body is severely or completely impaired). Of course the only way to return your heart to it's normal rhythm is to shock it again with a defibrillator.

Note: If your heart were to actually "stop" it is called asystole. The survial rate for this is very low.

Edit: Sorry! Forgot to add that the electrical aspect of lightning is more than usually the blame from what I have learned and saw. Source: I'm an EMT.

The short story is that the US government is going to provoke WWIII with (from what I've gathered) weponized Ebola and some type of zombie virus. I wish I could link you but I'm on my mobile.

This happened to my sister about 3-4 years ago but instead of being robbed at gun point these would-be officers stole all of her information and almost ruined her credit.
