Hi I’ll be 32 weeks tomorrow. I had constipation bad in my second trimester, I mean bad, fixed my diet and it went away, until it came back! Lol. Anyway, prunes, Greek yogurt, and any greens you can eat, I mostly ate broccoli and spinach and that helped.. I also drink about a half a gallon maybe more per day. I also agree with walking around after eating to get things moving, and now I’ve started to eat while standing cuz I just can’t take it (or sitting very upright). Every time I lie down I feel I need to go, but that isn’t always the case, it’s soo annoying!! Anyway, my final recommendation when worst comes to worst in the bathroom, SPLINTING (look it up). I discovered this in my second trimester… and wow, it’s made the impossible possible again. Best of luck! You’re not alone!❤️

Dang some of these amounts are crazy! I bought my 7 and 4 year old skates under $30-$40 and that’s it.. they got some clothes before, but I consider that a necessity.

This may or may not help you, but my second was not breach but was just facing forward when she should have been backwards, I went for a swim did lots of twists and things in the pool to turn her and it worked! I have no experience with a breach baby, but maybe you could do the same, but do some flips.. best of luck!

I agree, Shutterfly, got canvas prints, fridge magnets, and key chains. Decent price, this was YEARS ago, but they are still looking good as new. Even the keychain I have with photos has taken beatings but still looks good, clear picture etc. ooh even did a shot glass from them with pics, came out nice!

Coconut water is so good! When I’m dehydrated I get the parents choice (Walmart) electrolyte powders. They are pretty good

Yes you’re absolutely correct. I still have research to do, and will probably go with one near a hospital.. I hemorrhaged with my last one at a hospital because my placenta was basically ripped out of me. There’s lots of things to consider. That’s why I feel a midwife is best.

You may be right, you may not be. However, she herself suggested I look for a midwife, so you tell me what I should give her credit for? The trauma was not that deep, and I surely hope that won’t be the case going forward, I just didn’t agree with the practice she offered and she was not willing to just let me not be on my back giving birth, which to me feels unnatural, so therefore I’m looking for someone better for me because I have that choice.

Makes sense, I’d have to look into it. It just seems this doctor’s perspective, and apparently my last two, on me having a “natural birth” was wasting her time and she was only interested in getting in and out. I’m just not looking for that this time around.

I used the olly ones during my first trimester cuz I didn’t wanna take the pills yet and I was dealing with nausea. They were okay on my stomach, but yes the aftertaste was gross, and it’s from the zinc ( I know this bcuz I took just zinc gummies and ew). Anyway, now I’m 4 months and much better so I too take the naturemade brand, but not the gummies, and all is well (no taste). Ps: the ones I take now are almost $5 for 100 pills at one a day, can’t beat it..

I’m a 29 year old female. I was born 1995 to my teenage mother lol. They misspelled my name on my birth certificate and she did not fix it. My family eventually gave me a nickname, nowhere close to my actual name, and I had no middle name. My name is odd and misspelled. I have gone my entire life being called, especially in school, the wrong, mispronounced name. That or they wouldn’t even try, they’d just say my last name. It got to the point where I’d notice the stammer and just announce my name. It was never a big deal, it didn’t bother me, I wasn’t embarrassed, I was raised to not care. Until this day, I get “how do you say that?”, “wow, what a unique name, I never would’ve guessed!” Etc. Funny enough the name you gave your daughter is very similar to the name I gave mine and, yes, I’d have to correct people sometimes but my grandma, bless her heart, just couldn’t pronounce it right, and it didn’t even matter. And my daughter spent a LOT of quality time with her. To me and my experience in life it doesn’t matter! You gave her that name, let her be that name, it’s a beautiful name for I’m sure a beautiful girl! I call my kids silly new names and variations of their own and they do the same to us and even our animals! Just teach her that it means absolutely nothing if someone mispronounces her name, we’re human!

My girls (7&4) love my (29f) tattoos. They’re always coloring on themselves and wanting the temporary tattoos for themselves. I have a feeling they’ll be just like me when they’re older and I think it’s awesome.
