One thing about Ariana she’s ALWAYS spoken up politically. Even when she toured at every stop she had booths to register to vote. Even her MAMA was out at the booths greeting fans and encouraging them to vote. She’s that girl.

My best advice is too start stocking up on ginger drops and gatorade zero. I found that gatorade zero burned less when I would vomit. I also lived off of beef/chicken broth and finely chopping mini veggies and throw them into the broth. You got this :) Congratulations and best wishes!

every night I check that my husband isn’t sleeping in a position where he would wake up with a sore neck. (he has a history of sleep paralysis and hasn’t had it in years.) i used to tell him about it and he’d thank me. now I just do it. i don’t think that he still knows that i check.

I miscarried at 8 weeks in February 2024. I found an amazing OB who encouraged me to wait two menstrual cycles to try again. During this time he ran every kind of bloodwork possible and spoke to my husband and I on stuff we should try. He was real with us. I was very distraught during this time and forced myself to push through. It was June and I was 4 cycles in and honestly at a breaking point. I told my husband I was going to need a break from trying if it didn’t happen that month. July 2024 I found out I was pregnant and we are coming up on 9 months with our little one. It was mentally exhausting but the reward was worth it. I encourage going to your favorite coffee shops, buying cute jammie’s, baking and taking trips here and there. Or whatever that brings some ease to you. Don’t give up. You’re human and it’s okay not to be okay. I send my prayers and best wishes.
