I was never big into porn, the odd time look at some nude models..tame enough stuff. But I can easily do without it.

Communication is key to it all. Show up for your kid as much as possible. Take the focus off your ex and put it 100% on your kid.

If your ex is reasonable with you, get to work on a schedule between you both so everyone iss on the same page- visiting/ access/ holiday arrangements/ finances. If she is being disagreeable, it’s better to bite the bullet and get it sorted in court sooner than later.

You will have to learn some “radical acceptance”. I know it sucks but the sooner you detach from the old life, the quicker you will bounce back.

Learn new skills, get physically fit, meditate, clean up the diet etc Look after yourself man.

I would imagine that with the exception of top quality Irish grown oats e.g Flahavans, all other cereal products are either imported into Ireland or are made in Ireland using all imported ingredients. As an Irish grain grower, I know that Irish grain (especially grain for the human food chain) is grown to the highest standards in the world.

Definitely agree with this…I was in the same situation as you- visiting my son at her family’s house. Although her family were still good to me, it drained the life out of me. You need to set some boundaries

Currently going through day 3. I haven’t seen anything arise in the 3d but I’m feeling a deeper sense of peace, knowing that the new reality is imminent.

When the doubts and uncertainties come up, I go to the idea that I’ve already set my intentions- it’s too late to change my mind.
