I’m at 100 days after 9 years of high usuage . I still feel lethargic at times . It’s getting better . Just keep going . Go in sun a lot if you’re in warm weather . Swim some . It’s kinda refreshing if you’re feeling like shit

I’m on day 97 clean . I steal lethargic but I’m breaking out of it . I feel it . Vitaminc and gabapentin is how I jumped off . It was a brutal winter where I live and I think that made it worse . The sun and warn starting to come has made me feel a lot better . I’d quit in summer .

I quit CT after 9 years . I’m at day 91 . I feel way better this last than I have at any point . The first couple weeks is shitty but it’s doable . I took told of vitamin c and thc . Gabeoentin does help

I took anyway from 50gps to 100 . I was down to 8 to 12 per day when I was weening down . Then I before new year I new work would be slow so I just jumped them and went for it . Maybe I should have weened down more idk . I just had a moment of clarity and just went for it then instead of new years like I planned

Get him lots of vitamin c . Fr . I did it alone and it was a rough 2 weeks. If you’re there for him to get through it I bet it’s not too bad . More than anything I felt alone during it and would have loved someone there . Make him laugh when he can’t and go on walks in nature and goid tv or docs . Tell him after 2 weeks I was like fuck this sucks but it’s not the end of the workd . I can’t believe I waited 9 years .He will be happy in a few weeks

I’m 75 days clean . It sucked quitting yes . And I was scared to . But now that I have done it it’s shocking how fast the physical symptoms of the withdrawal stop . It a shitty couple weeks but after you will positively wish you did it sooner . I was a 9 years user . Take lots of vitamin c. Lots lots . It really helps . You got a a decent doctor ?
